Five-year limited warranty

Every Elium product — housings and frames, LED modules and drivers, trims, downsizer rings and accessories — is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of shipment.

What Elium does

If a part fails within the warranty period because of a manufacturing or material defect, Elium will repair or replace it, at Elium’s discretion. Elium decides whether a part is defective. The modular system helps here: a module or trim is replaced from below the ceiling without disturbing the housing.

What it does not cover

• Labor to remove or reinstall a fixture, freight, and consequential costs.
• Products that have been altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than Elium.
• Problems that are not a manufacturing or material defect, such as improper installation, misapplication, abuse, or damage during installation or after shipment.

Making a claim

Contact your Elium agent or email [email protected] with the part number, quantity, date of purchase and a description of the problem, within the warranty period. Please do not return products without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Elium.

Returns

Returns are separate from the warranty. Unused product in salable condition and of current design can be returned within six months of purchase, with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Elium, and is subject to a 30% restocking charge plus freight. Custom, special-order and emergency (EM) items are not returnable.

• cULus listed for the United States and Canada, every product.
• Damp location as standard; wet location with a clear, Solite, linear or sauna/steam lens.
• IC airtight where the housing or frame is IC rated (shown in its part number).
• Title 24 JA8-2025-E compliant configurations are marked on each spec sheet.
• 2-step MacAdam ellipse color consistency on every LED chip.
• 50,000 hours rated life to L70.
